This package provides problem resolution over the telephone, for your server(s), desktops and LAN.
Details

In the event of a software problem related to the above, our technical support team will provide you with the following;

* Advice and instructions to rectify the problem.
* Escalation to the manufacturer, if necessary.
* Supply of relevant patches and updates, if necessary.

TelCare Plus

TelCare Plus includes remote problem resolution, usually via PcAnywhere.

In the event of a problem a member of our team will connect to your network to rectify the problem.
Scope

Both packages are available for all Novell and Microsoft operating systems and server applications. Desktop applications are included on a per contract basis.
